Le personnel est très avenant. Ils sont toujours aux petits soins avec nous. Le complexe est vraiment beau et le restaurant est excellent, l’hôtel est situé à 10 minutes en grab du village

Let’s start with the good. The location is beautiful. On the beach and the view is pretty. There are some really nice restaurants right next door and the atmosphere there is fabulous. However, you need to realize there are no windows in your room, it’s basically one narrow hallway coming into the “hotel” going to beach lined with the guest rooms. For us a big 👎! Also I will say, although friendly the staff basically speaks 0 English. You could not ask them for any recommendations… it’s not a resort… as long as one is aware of that fact… all good

Room was tired as expected with the cheaper rate but. Bed was crazy hard and made sleeping difficult. Bathroom has black mould appearing on splash back. Towels in rooms are threadbare and old.Breakfast is basic but fine. Pool was fine although your only allowed one pool towel a day and if your using beach and pool you end up with a sopping towel. These towels are also thin and old and have the occasional cigarette burn hole. The squabs on loungers are old and some have mould stains also. When on balcony we had neighbour's smoking weed and cigarettes and we were told these were non smoking. It stunk bad. Yes we did complain. We were in normal deluxe pool view room. Perhaps the stand alone little villas are better. We tried to get one but we're all booked. Staff were nice. Location is great but needs some TLC and a few simple upgrades like towels, squabs, foam toppers on beds,Exit mould in bathrooms and a strictly no smoking weed policy
